Our production sites

GUARANTEE OF RELIABILITY, FLEXIBILITY AND QUALITY

Both our manufacturing sites are in compliance with the European cosmetic rules and regulations ensuring safety and reliability of our products. These sites are certified ISO 22716, 14001 and 9001 and are accredited by Ecocert according to COSMOS & ECOCERT and EU ECOLABEL standards.

Cosmetiques France

The 5 200 m² factory is located at Saint-Genis-les-Ollières nearby Lyon, France and employed 85 workers.

The factory mainly produces emulsions and foaming agents, and takes care of filling the bottles and tubes designed for hotels in more than 70 countries.

Since 2019, Groupe GM Cosmetiques France's production capacity comes close to 350 000 products by day, being 90 millions of tubes and bottles by year.

Cosmetica Portugal

This plant of 11 500 m², located in the indutrial park of Neiva, Viana do Castelo, nearby Porto is specialized in the manufacturing of soaps (85 000 by day). It also serves as a platform for Groupe GM – Peninsula Ibérica (GGMPI), which oversees the distribution of hospitality products to the hotel market.

A R&D department has been recently created. It's equipped with a specialized lab fully in accordance with the ever-increasing regulations and the certifications (ISO, ECOCERT, ECOLABEL, RSPO). EDP supplies with electricity the whole site, and guarantees a 100% supply of renewable sources.

Quality control

All our manufacturers work according to the international cosmetics industry’s most stringent specifications. They agree to follow precise product specifications and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO Standard 22716). All our cosmetic products are traced from each ingredient to the final product, both in terms of content and containers.

We guarantee impeccable manufacturing quality for all our output. Our industrial partners use environmental management systems and our products are manufactured in labelled factories. Our European factories comply with the Ecocert standards and rules.
